Rich’s Continues Aggressive Global Expansion with New Plant in Korea

It was quite the warm reception in late September when a small group of Rich Products Corporation leaders, led by Bob and Mindy Rich, touched down in southeast Korea to attend the ribbon cutting ceremonies for Rich's new non-dairy facility in the city of Daegu.

The new facility, led by Plant Manager, Y.B. Huh, will produce a variety of non-dairy products including Rich's® Whipped Topping® Gold Label topping for Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other parts of Asia and Rich's cooking cream, Versatie™, for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea. The associates at this facility will also engage in product research and development. Additionally, the Daegu facility offers Aseptic packaging capabilities.

We invite you to view the video above to watch highlights from the grand opening ceremonies. While significant local investment is regularly made in Daegu, the only other major foreign investor of recent note was by Warren Buffett. Therefore, Rich's investment in Daegu was big news!

Welcome to the Rich's family, Daegu!
